Cecilia Delacroix is the Poet Laureate of Chilbo, and also manages Cecilia’s Art Corner in the Education Village in Madhupak.  She has given many poetry readings at Chilbo events and has been a featured artist in the Chilbo Museum Center.  From her profile:
